The last thing we would ever do
is violate your trust and confidence in us. Your records are maintained
in a secure data base. Our security and firewalls are "state of the
art" and are constantly being updated with the most recent technology available.
We do not sell our customer lists
to anyone. We never have and we never will. It is our privilege
to serve you and we will live up to your expectations.
We do keep records of your "Name"
and "Address(s)" and what you've ordered to better serve you now and in
the future. We do NOT
keep credit card numbers in the system! Once your order has been
processed, your "basic data" is remembered by our shopping cart system.
Your credit card number and expiration date are deleted from these records
after each order is processed.
When you "check out" for the first
time, you will be asked for your Email address and "site password".
This Email address and password are your future key to an easy check out
when you return to shop. Upon your return visit, when you enter your
Email and Password on the first page of the check out procedure, your "retained"
information will be presented back to you and you have the opportunity
to change your basic information. You will, however, have to enter
your Credit Card number and Expiration date each time you make a purchase.
We specifically designed this system with your security and peace of mind
foremost in the process. This is why we do NOT
retain credit card information.
You have placed your trust and faith
in us to server your collecting and gift giving needs. You have our
solemn oath that we will not violate your trust. Your business is
information shared only with you and no other parties. Most of our
staff does not have access to Internet information either. Only a
few at the company are charged with the responsibility of not violating
your trust.
On occasion, certain vendors request
"Registration Information" for some Collectibles. We suggest you
check the privacy policies of these companies before your register your
purchase. You should know, however, that we have never received a
complaint from our customers about the manner in which our vendors handle
this information. Again, we and our vendors value your business and
will not do anything that violates the trust you place in our companies.
