Everything we offer is UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED to be as represented.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase
(even if YOU purchase the wrong item) we will gladly accept your return.

Merchandise may be returned for:

Refund
Refunds are made in the same form as the original purchase.
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
(Example: A Credit Card purchase receives a Credit Card "Credit")
(Cash, Check or Money Orders will be refunded by company check)

Credit
An "In House" credit for use with a future purchase.
(There is NO TIME LIMIT on your "in house" credit)
Credit requests may be made at any time.
Credit value is determined by the time of purchase price, not "current" value.
Credit exchanges are for individual items, not entire collections.

Exchange
For anything else in our product line.
Exchange requests may be made at any time.
Exchange value is determined by the time of purchase price, not "current" value.
